Sometimes God lets you hit rock bottom so that you will discover that he is your rock at the bottom.
I was just sitting here reflecting on the goodness of God and personally, how good He has been to me. It’s been 18 months since I was hopitalized and placed on life support, after experiencing a major stroke. My doctor’s told me that I have joined the 1% club, because only 1% of stroker victims live to tell their story. My story has yet to be told, because God has brought me through so much, that I can’t tell it all. But, I will just say this: God is good all the time and all the time, God is Good.
I DECLARE I am grateful for who God is in my life and for what He’s done. I will not take for granted the people, the opportunities, and the favor He has blessed me with. I will look at what is right and not what is wrong. I will thank Him for what I have and not complain about what I don’t have. I will see each day as a gift from God. My heart will overflow with praise and gratitude for all of His goodness. This is my declaration.
