Start your day off right, and don’t forget to pray.
Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take. (Proverbs 3:6 NLT)
We seek His will by communicating with Him, through prayer. Much prayer, much power. Little prayer, little power. No prayer, no power. Be blessed and make it a great day!😎
(11) I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out — plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.(12) When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I’ll listen. (13) When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, (14) I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed. God’s Decree. The Gospel according to Matthew 7:7-8 says:
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. (KJV)
These three actions listed as an acrostic spell the word ask. Webster defines these three words, as follows:
A: Ask – to request by using words
S: Seek – to go in search of
K: Knock – to strike a sounding blow with the fist, knuckles, or anything hard, especially on a door, window or the like, as in seeking admittance, calling attention, or giving a signal.
When we desire something from God, we are to ask the Lord, in prayer. In order to receive, we must ask, in order to find, we must seek, and in order for doors to open, we must knock.
Lord, keep your hand upon us and watch over us. Protect us from dangers seen and unseen. Thank you for showering us with your many blessings and for your unmerited favor and your Amazing Grace. Amen!
The shortest distance between your problem and the answer is the distance between your knees and the floor. The one who kneels to the Lord, can stand up to anything.
